Private villa of 200 m2 with air conditioned, in a quiet area on a 2500 m2 plot of land planted with tropical trees and olive trees, south-facing, fully fenced and secured by an automatic gate with its remote control, not overlooked in an idyllic setting, with private non-chlorinated overflowing swimming pool, heated from April to October.
Heated salt water infinity swimming pool, size 6 X 4 with a progressive depth of 1.50 metres, facing south.
The temperature of the water in the pool can vary subject to good weather conditions.
Ideally located 5 minutes from DRAGUIGNAN, close to all amenities, only 20 minutes from the train station of ARCS SUR ARGENS and 1 hour from NICE airport, about 35 km from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphael and Saint Tropez) and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon, between 10 mn and 30 mn from all the villages of the Haut Var and their popular Provencal markets for tasting wines, goat's cheese, tapenades, anchovies, olives .... .

I'd like to point out that we no longer have any problems with WIFI - we've installed the STARLINK satellite, so the internet connection is perfect.
